The Biggest Tea Party in Nevada History
On March 27th, one of the biggest tea parties of the year will be held in Searchlight, Nevada (the hometown of Senator Harry Reid). I’ll be sharing the same stage as Sarah Palin. Our goal: to send Harry Reid off to early retirement. Harry recently said that unemployed men suffer from rage and are abusive to their wives. Well, I have advice for Mrs. Reid: Make plans to take an extended leave from home next November, because Harry is coming home and he won’t be in a good mood! I hope you enjoy the video ad. It’s a sign of the political times that a Libertarian political leader is given prominent billing alongside establishment politicians and celebrity talk show hosts. We are experiencing the greatest opportunity in history for the Libertarian Party. I predict that the Tea Party movement is here to stay and will help to make political history this November. Obama’s Boss Scolds Him in Public

Frustrated by the president’s inability to follow simple instructions, Obama’s boss, unrepentant Nazi collaborator George Soros, has resorted to chiding Obama in public. Soros criticized Obama’s incompetence in enacting vital parts of the Soros agenda, including government takeover of the banks. Soros carped that the government should have taken over U.S. banks rather than bailing them out. He also asserted that the American people would have been happier if the federal government had socialized the entire banking system. Bailing out the banks and allowing them to “earn their way out of the hole” was the wrong solution, according to Obama’s overlord. [more…]
The Media Permits Nancy Pelosi’s Lies

It seems that every other day Democrats say they have the votes to pass health care reform. If that were true, one wonders why it hasn’t been done already. Stop saying it like a threat and do it already! Then we can finally get on to something the American people want, like real economic recovery instead of just more spending.
Consider this passage from a March 1st Politico article: “Pelosi and other top House Democrats say publicly that they have the votes to push through a comprehensive package, but privately, they know they don’t.” So help me out, Politico: why tolerate the lies from Pelosi and Reid? Why not, in artful journalistic fashion, shame them for lying to the American people? Is that just routine behavior in the halls of Congress and Washington in general, so it’s no big deal? I don’t know about Washington, but I know that type of bald-faced lying doesn’t fly in the Midwest, where I’m from. And regardless of the media, shouldn’t we expect better from our elected leaders? Truly, Pelosi can say whatever she wants; I believe she and her party will be held accountable for her actions this November. But it’s disturbing that members of the media, who at one time wouldn’t allow such obvious lies from our elected officials, don’t hold them more accountable. [more…]
Two Arrested for Possible Plot Against Texas Base

Two individuals with Muslim names have been arrested after a bomb scare at the Forth Worth military base in Texas, WFAA-TV reported February 13. The incident began when police began chasing a truck that then lost control on ice and ran off the road. A toy gun, and three pipe bombs were found inside the truck. [more…]
