George Soros-backed Group Demands Glenn Beck’s Firing

By James Hirsen

With a petition signed by 10,000 people, a group launched an attack on Fox News host Glenn Beck, demanding that Beck be fired. The Fox host featured nine people of the last century who had been contributors to what Beck characterized as the “era of the big lie.” The group, Jewish Funds for Justice (JFJ), claims that Beck’s show was anti-Semitic. One of the people Beck focused on was George Soros, a billionaire currency trader. Beck referred to him as the “puppet master.” [more...]

A Story of Our Future

By Dave Bego

Today’s unions are no more than Gasping Dinosaurs who can only survive through the backing of government regulations designed to force private company employees into unionism or government-induced growth of public employee unions. In fact they are so desperate they will organize any company, from small businesses all the way up to major corporations. The bottom line for big labor is survival. They intend to accomplish this through money, power and politics, not the will of the people! Big labor’s survival is integral to ultimate government control, as they are the indoctrinated foot soldiers of the Administration. [more...]

The State of Disunion

By Dick Bishirjian

As America’s political classes anticipate the President’s “State of the Union” message on January 25, Tea Party activists continue a revolt against the consolidation of the administrative state perpetrated by America’s first socialist president. S. Senate. Once again Republicans have revealed that they just don’t get it. A President committed to transforming the remnants of American limited government into a consolidated administrative state is invited by limited government Republicans to make the case for big government! By Joy Tiz

The movie version is going to be great!  Hot Air went way back to the Bush days and found an NYT report about Bush’s orders to find new covert ways to keep Iran’s nuclear program from progressing. Actually, the results are becoming quite clear.  The joint U.S./Israeli team effort produced Stuxnet, the clever little cyberworm that is wreaking havoc with Iran’s centrifuges.  Allahpundit at Hot Air… [more...]

The Global Radical Islamic Threat to Freedom: Ignore or Excuse at Our Peril

By Joseph Klein

In an editorial today entitled “Under Siege,” the New York Times laments the recent violence committed by radical Islamists against Christians in Egypt and Iraq. The Times ran an editorial entitled “A Brave Man Killed,” in which it lamented the assassination of Salman Taseer, the governor of Pakistan’s Punjab province who had called for the repeal of Pakistan’s anti-blasphemy law. This law, popular with Pakistan’s Muslim majority, imposes a mandatory death sentence on anyone convicted of insulting Islam. Under the anti-blasphemy law, a Christian mother of four was sentenced to death. The Times recognizes these symptoms of a virulent disease but is incapable or unwilling to connect the dots in order to decipher its cause or scope – global Islamic fundamentalism. [more...]
